Dice Tiny Town Duel

Expansion: Animals Rules

intro-expansion

Module: Animal

Adds a new scoring element, "Animal," to the game.

  • During setup, choose 2 Animal Cards in any way you like and lay them face-up on the table. (We recommend using one card from B1–B4 and one from C1–C4.) Return the remaining Animal Cards to the game box.
  • At the end of the game, both players calculate the points earned from each Animal Card and add them to their village's Prestige Score.
  • If you use this module in a Solo game, the score thresholds for each title increase by 10 points.

Animal Card Descriptions

  • B1. Cat: 2 points for each building diagonally touching a Monastery.

  • B2. Cow: 2 points for each Forest or Field adjacent to a completed Ranch.

  • B3. Sheep: 2 points for each star adjacent to a Mountain.

  • B4. Duck: 2 points for each building adjacent to a Lake.

  • C1. Rabbit: 2 points for each star you have not gained.

  • C2. Horse: If the longest straight line of empty cells (horizontal or vertical) is N cells long, score 2 × N points.

  • C3. Deer: 4 points for each row or column completely filled with non-building icons.

  • C4. Raccoon: 4 points for each row or column completely filled with non-star icons.

Module: Split Shapes

Adds new purple Shape Cards to the game. When setting up, add the Split Shape Card to the 5 Selection Cards each player takes. Use it the same way as the existing purple cards, but follow the rules below.

  • Draw the two split shapes separately on your Village Sheet. They may be adjacent to each other, or not.
    • When drawn adjacent to each other: at least one of the two shapes must be adjacent to at least 1 existing drawn icon.
    • When drawn not adjacent to each other: both shapes must each be adjacent to at least 1 existing drawn icon.
  • Although it is a purple card, draw only 1 star since only 1 cell remains.
